Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale population or healthcare surveys.
• Develop sampling methodologies and survey instruments.
• Experience supporting survey data collection, weighting, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication of technical results.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in survey methodology for population health studies.
• Design and evaluate large-scale health surveys.
• Develop sampling strategies and data collection methods.
• Evaluate questionnaire design for validity and engagement.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings for leadership.
• Ensure survey quality and data integrity throughout lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of survey operations.
• Collaborate with statisticians and researchers.
