The Research Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a federally funded Research Coordination Network (RCN) grant. This initiative focuses on building a global community in the emerging field of research analytics, responsible research evaluation, and the use of artificial intelligence in research administration. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating a variety of events such as in-person meetings, an annual summit, webinars, and virtual gatherings, while ensuring all project activities are executed efficiently and on schedule. The Project Manager will work closely with the Principal Investigator to manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Additional duties include website design and maintenance, creation of project-related documents, development of communication strategies, and relationship management across the network. Occasional travel to events and conferences is required, as determined in consultation with the Principal Investigator. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
