Job summary

The role reports to the Research Coordinator and involves scheduling, data collection, and collaboration with study teams across NYU Langone Health. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's is preferred for enhanced opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Strong analytical ability, critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Must be organized, detail-orientated, dependable and flexible.
• Excellent oral and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Moderate clerical functions and petty cash handling.
• Word processing and document preparation.
• Scheduling and coordinating calendars and events.
• Filing, mail distribution and administrative support.
• Project and data reporting support for study activities.
• Assist in recruitment and participant coordination for studies.
