Job summary

The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Research Program Coordinator I-Journeyman to manage a federally funded, multi-site study on real-world dysarthria treatment outcomes for people with Parkinson disease across the United States.

You will oversee day-to-day study operations, onboard clinical sites, recruit participants, screen eligibility, and ensure proper consent procedures while coordinating remote data collection and regulatory

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant program experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day study operations, onboarding of clinical sites, recruitment and participant eligibility screening.
• Provide instructions on remote data collection procedures and maintain REDCap instruments and outcome tracking.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory documentation, and preparation of study manuals and reports.
• Attend focus group discussions, take field notes, and supervise graduate student assistants.
• Serve as a central point of contact for participants, clinical partners, and collaborating research teams.
