Job summary

The University of South Carolina seeks a Research Program Coordinator to support language research in chronic post-stroke aphasia. You will assist the PI, oversee daily lab operations, recruit participants, schedule assessments, and help analyze data for manuscript preparation.

This role emphasizes independent work and collaboration with students and researchers, contributing to conference presentations and publications. On-site lab work in South Carolina with a 12-month basis under a SRGP grant.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field.
• Preferred Master’s or PhD in CS and Disorders or related field.
• Experience with research settings and IRB compliance.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination; developing proposals and manuscripts.
• Schedule and manage participant travel and lab assessments; coordinate enrollment and calendar.
• Recruitment of participants and supervision/training of students involved in the lab.
• Present research results at conferences and contribute to publications.
