Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related social science required.
• Minimum 1 year of research support experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with participant recruitment, research coordination, or staff onboarding recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the IBRC and coordinate with campus services.
• Serve as primary contact for researchers using IBRC resources.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new researchers.
• Develop participant recruitment campaigns and manage the participant pool.
• Support outreach, communications, and utilization of center resources.
