Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Certification Level I in Research Process Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., OMB Uniform Guidance).
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with Stanford colleagues, faculty, and sponsors.

Responsabilités

• Advise faculty and department administrators on pre- and post-award administration.
• Review solicitations for grant and contract proposals from sponsors.
• Serve as liaison between principal investigator and sponsor on regulatory, administrative, and financial matters.
• Oversee development of budgets for sponsored projects to ensure viability and compliance.
• Identify and facilitate required reviews/approvals for proposals (PI waiver, IDC waiver, conflicts).
• Negotiate terms of grant awards and payment terms up to $5 Million.
• Provide guidance on proposals and budgets for grants, contracts, clinical trials, and subcontracts.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for timelines and Lean process improvements.
