Job summary

FM Global is seeking a detail-oriented Research Partner Team specialist to support cross-functional partnerships and administration across global research initiatives. You will help manage external partnerships, document processes, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Based in Montgomery, AL, the role requires 4-year degree and 5+ years of admin and project coordination experience, strong communication, and office software proficiency, with opportunities for growth within FM Global's Total

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of administrative, coordination, documentation, and project/program management experience.
• Excellent English communication, oral and written.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• International business acumen.
• Experience in a matrixed organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and leading critical items for the delivery of research across multiple technical areas via partnerships.
• Assisting leadership in identifying effective and innovative solutions to support staff productivity, customer service, and reduced costs.
• Performing detailed analysis of business needs or problems.
• Researching and developing potential external partnerships.
• Proposing and documenting business and process framework.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, FM Global research teams, and external partners.
• Creating and managing partner tracker/dashboard.
• Coordinating meeting schedules, travel bookings, and events for Research Partner Team leadership.
