Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a capable Research Operations Specialist to provide operational support across outsourced research activities, including chemistry synthesis, in vitro biology, reagent provision, and DMPK services. The role involves coordinating data, invoices, budgets, and sample logistics with internal teams and external partners globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in organic chemistry or related field.
• Experience in lab, research operations, or scientific support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Spotfire and other Microsoft applications.
• Familiar with IT tools for sourcing support: Ariba, SharePoint, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support ERS operations including sourcing, CRO coordination, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Write POs, track invoices, and analyze KPIs.
• Provide research operations support and improve efficiencies.
• Create dashboards tracking sourcing activities with ERS lead.
• Coordinate sample logistics across multiple sites or with external partners.
• Write SOPs for sourcing operations.
• Track budgets and POs for Pfizer portfolio.
• Maintain CRO FTE mapping and data entry.
• IT tools support and testing with ERS team.
• Present CRO performance metrics such as compound flow and cycle times.
• Support client store operations for compound inventory.
• Organize meetings across global time zones.
