University of Missouri-Kansas City is seeking a Research Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for a federally funded, multi-site SPNS evaluation of HIV care engagement. You will translate federal requirements into workflows, schedules, and deliverables, coordinating with MPI leads and partners.

The role requires strong project-management skills, independent judgment, and meticulous attention to timelines, regulatory documentation, and communications across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent project-management and organizational skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex work across multiple organizations and travel as needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage master project timeline, milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards, calendars, logs, and trackers showing current status.
• Coordinate communications among sites, investigators, and staff; onboarding and readiness checklists.
• Support regulatory tracking, data submissions, and governance activities.
• Organize site visits, TA activities, dissemination, and administrative tasks.
