Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Research Project Manager to coordinate and implement research grants and IIT budgets across the network. The role supports grant processes, financial reporting, and operational policy development in a fast-paced healthcare research environment.

Responsibilities include creating and analyzing grant budgets, metrics, and reports; ensuring compliance; and partnering with PIs and departments to drive funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in business or health-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of grants management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement research grants and IIT budgets, and track expenses.
• Prepare grants and operational metrics, outcomes, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with PI, research staff, and departments to advance funded projects.
• Develop and maintain grant administrative content and deadlines.
