Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator to join the General Internal Medicine Research (OBAT) program on-site, part-time (24 hours/week). The role provides clinical leadership in caring for opioid-dependent patients, supervising OBOT clinic staff, and coordinating care within primary care and referral sites.

The position requires RN licensure in MA, 3–5 years nursing experience (addiction care preferred), and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initial assessment and intake collecting social, medical, mental health, substance abuse and medication histories.
• Coordinate with OBOT team to review patient status and enrollment eligibility.
• Provide ongoing education and proactive support of patients and coordination of services.
• Maintain documentation with accurate record keeping and data collection.
