Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator for the General Internal Medicine Research (OBOT) program. You will lead nursing care for opioid-dependent patients, supervise clinic staff, and coordinate services across internal and external sites on-site in Boston.

The role requires RN licensure in MA and 3–5 years of nursing experience; BSN preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, with strong communication and data documentation skills expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program and MA RN licensure by time of hire.
• Three to five years of nursing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment and research regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and intake for OBOT patients.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise OBOT staff.
• Coordinate care for opioid dependent patients, including pharmacotherapy management.
• Document accurately and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with OBOT team and external referral sites.
• Deliver Narcan trainings and data reporting.
