Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in research, reference, or information services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality research responses, literature reviews, reference outputs, and document delivery services within agreed service levels.
• Develop research guides and knowledge products aligned with World Bank priorities.
• Support AI-enabled research workflows and validation of AI-generated information.
• Collaborate with library and ITS teams to deliver services to HQ and country offices.
