Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or an equivalent field.
• Experience providing research, reference, or information services to a diverse client base.
• Strong knowledge of research tools and databases such as EBSCOhost, Scopus, ProQuest, Factiva, and others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on development sectors, investments, and priority areas for WBG operations.
• Respond to research and reference requests from HQ and Country Offices within service levels.
• Provide high-quality reference and document delivery support and front desk coverage as required.
• Create and publish topical research guides aligned with WBG knowledge priorities.
• Support AI-enabled research, evaluating AI-generated information and outputs.
