Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Human Factors, Data Science or a related field.
• 7+ years in Market Research, Insights, UX Research, or related analytics roles with primary research experience.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and selecting the right approach for the question.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze beta testing programs across vehicles, software features, digital experiences, and services.
• Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative research to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities for product decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to define research objectives and learning agendas.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and inform decisions.
• Develop narratives and deliver engaging presentations and reports for senior leadership.
