Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and execute primary research that informs product decisions.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods and selecting the right approach.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and design.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling for senior leaders.
• Experience communicating complex findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of beta testing programs.
• Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative research to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing to translate questions into research plans.
• Synthesize data to identify themes and build informed customer insights.
• Develop narratives and deliver presentations and written reports.
• Collaborate across GCR and with peer teams to align learning plans.
• Manage research suppliers and internal partners for timely delivery.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and shared best practices.
