You will oversee think-forward research, media monitoring, and data-driven reporting, mentoring a Research Analyst and collaborating across the agency.

The role combines hands-on leadership with analytical rigor, leveraging Python, AI tools, and large datasets to demonstrate the impact of communications programs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in research, analytics, or communications measurement; PR agency experience required.
• Experience measuring business impact of communications programs.
• Working knowledge of Python, data analysis, large datasets, and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily research operations, prioritizing requests and deadlines.
• Lead client reporting and develop measurement frameworks and KPIs.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and support new business proposals.
• Lead original research and thought leadership, translating findings into client insights.
• Oversee media monitoring and social listening, with crisis tracking and reporting.
• Manage research platforms and databases, leveraging Python and AI to improve reporting.
• Mentor the Research Analyst and support team development.
