A prominent university in Ohio is seeking a Research Lab Operations Analyst to coordinate lab operations in immunology research. This role includes managing onboarding processes, overseeing technical aspects of lab work, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in laboratory settings, particularly with supervisory duties.
The Research Lab Operations Analyst will participate in coordinating daily operations and organization of a focused team of translational immunology researchers in the Comprehensive Cancer Center. Key responsibilities include:
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the biological sciences
Additional Education Desired: Master's Degree
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience; considerable knowledge of laboratory methods, materials, and equipment; at least 2 years of supervisory experience; experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques; cell culture, animal husbandry, and handling experience are preferred. Successful background check and pre-employment physical including drug screen required.
