Position Purpose Support the business vision through an analytic approach using data and industry knowledge to achieve better operational outcomes.

• Responsible for the execution and delivery of operational & programmatic reporting
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Provider Registration and Data
• Create reports using standard business intelligence tools, Track and document identified trends within the different markets
• Verify report validation using standard quality control methods Identify operational trends and research solutions through data analysis
• Make recommendations based on data findings and assist in the implementation of new business
• Collaborate with IS, corporate and health plan teams to facilitate operational support
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Basic knowledge of SQL and simple queries required. Experience with Power BI preferred.

Pay Range $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
