Mass General Brigham’s Mass General Hospital is seeking a Research Lab Tech I to maintain laboratory equipment, prepare samples, perform experiments, and record data. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; 1–2 years of lab experience is preferred, with familiarity in zebrafish and cryobiology considered a plus.
Hybrid work location at 51 Blossom Street. 40 hours weekly, Day shift, with pay range $21–$29.01 hourly and comprehensive benefits.

The Research Lab Tech I will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, organising and preparing samples, conducting experiments, recording and analysing data.
Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a grace period of six months from their hire date (up to 1 year if starting per diem) to provide degree equivalency verification.

Prior laboratory experience, either through academic coursework, internships, or employment 1‑2 years preferred.
Experience with zebrafish experimentation/husbandry is a plus.
Experience with cryobiology/cryopreservation also a plus.
