The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking a Manager, Research & Insights to lead and manage research initiatives across the organization and global network. This hands-on role combines research design, surveys, data analysis, visualization, and reporting to translate findings into action.

The ideal candidate has strong analytics, excellent writing and presentation skills, and can manage multiple projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in human-subject research or similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience with data analysis software (SPSS, SAS, Q) and survey platforms (Qualtrics).
• Experience designing, executing, analyzing, or supporting quantitative and qualitative research initiatives.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning; ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent writing, reporting, and executive-communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated project management, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Insights initiatives across The IIA and partners.
• Design and implement surveys and research methodologies.
• Coordinate with sponsors, stakeholders and collaborators to meet objectives.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data; synthesize findings into insights.
• Translate data into clear, credible recommendations for leadership.
• Develop research reports and data visualizations for executive audiences.
