UT Health San Antonio seeks an experienced project leader to manage the full lifecycle of diverse initiatives from initiation to completion.

The role focuses on coordinating a project team, aligning with sponsors and executives, and delivering on time and within scope. Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential, with five years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Five (5) years of related experience is required.
• Experience with standardized project management tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Leads the implementation of projects; coordinates the activities of a project team, identifies resources, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Partners with project sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to determine project goals and priorities.
• Manages project expectations with stakeholders, sponsors and others as appropriate; advises on project progress, potential issues, obstacles, risk, conflicts or challenges.
• Provides project status updates to Senior Project Manager and/or Functional Area Manager as required.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or project resource additions to ensure quality standards are met for all project deliverables.
