Qualifications

• Six (6) years related experience is required.
• Working knowledge in research and clinical trial project management methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple timelines and tasks in meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.

• Ability to shift priorities and tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manages feasibility/study start-up activities and assigns study coordinator resources.
• Provides guidance to research team in developing operational plans supporting clinical trials.
• Compiles patient data and provides administrative support for studies.
• Participates in participant recruitment efforts and events.
• Defines and manages project resource needs within timelines and budget.
• Develops, submits, tracks and reconciles project grants.
• Maintains research databases; prepares and submits regulatory and compliance documentation; prepares data and documents for submission/reporting.
• Produces recruitment reports; tracks progress and milestones; maintains resources.
• Provides data analysis assistance and identifies projects needing statistical support.
• Participates in staff recruitment, selection, mentoring, and performance management.
• Liaises with service providers to ensure successful deployment of protocol requirements.
