Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Grant Administrator within the Channing Division of Network Medicine.

The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of federal and foundation awards, including proposal development, budgeting, and sponsor communications. Responsibilities include coordinating with Principal Investigators, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with NIH and other funding agencies.

Qualifications

• Oversee preparation and submission of sponsored proposals and ensure required documentation is met.
• Lamiliarity with Federal and non-Federal funding guidelines and award mechanisms.
• Experience with budgeting and cost identification for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit new and competing grant proposals for the division.
• Coordinate with PIs and staff on proposal costs and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Hospital and government regulations for human and animal subject research.
• Maintain records of submission materials and reporting requirements.
• Assist with effort reporting and financial reconciliations as needed.
• Interact with MGB central offices and funding agencies regarding fiscal issues.
