Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, health-related field, finance, or business.
• Three years of experience in project management, research, grant or contract management, or finance.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial status of multiple grants within a functional group or team of PIs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and accurately allocate grant funds.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist PIs in preparing research grant applications, focusing on budget preparation.
• Analyze expenses and provide financial forecasting to support grant management.
