Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, health related field, finance, or business.
• Eight (8) years of experience in project management, research, grant or contract management, or finance, including at least six (6) years in research grant or contract management.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, comprehensively manages complex grant portfolios for a functional group or team of Principal Investigators (PIs).
• Planning, budgeting, tracking project activities, and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
• Extensive financial forecasting, problem solving, and communication skills; may train support staff on grant financial and institutional procedures and mentor junior team members.
