Job summary

This role supports research operations, financial stewardship, procurement, and compliance across the College and partners with faculty and leadership on budgeting and sponsored projects.

Responsibilities include managing procurement, applying policies, assisting with budget projections and reporting, and developing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in research administration and financial oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty and leadership on budget planning.
• Experience with procurement, compliance, and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing for research-related goods and services.
• Apply policies and guidance to support research operations and financial processes.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist principal investigators with budget projections, revisions, transfers, and monitoring.
• Oversee daily operations of the Office of Research & Scholarship and administration of awards.
• Manage financial processes and budget oversight for college centers and programs.
• Develop, maintain, and annually review operating procedures and provide training on policy updates.
• Collaborate with faculty, center leadership, and university offices on sponsored project management.
• Create annual reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership.
