This position plays a key role in supporting research administration, financial oversight, procurement, and compliance activities across the College. The Financial Analyst Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the Office of Research & Scholarship, collaborate with faculty and leadership on budget planning and sponsored project management, and help ensure accurate reporting, effective financial controls, and adherence to university and sponsor requirements.
As the College of Health Sciences continues to grow its research portfolio and related financial activities, this role is essential to ensuring strong budget oversight, compliance, procurement management, and sponsored project administration. The Financial Analyst Coordinator will help support faculty researchers, enhance operational efficiency, and provide the financial planning and reporting needed to support the College’s research mission and long‑term goals.

Preferred Education/Experience
Previously training with campus software applications ( SAP , BW, HANA , FES or other such software). Preferably within a university context: experience in business procedures and/or accounting functions; ability to successfully complete tasks within set deadlines; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with internal and external constituencies; a high level of professionalism and ability to work well in a demanding job environment.
