Job summary

Inteplast Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Research Engineer I to act as a liaison between Intellectual Property lawyers and R&D teams. The objective is to develop and protect intellectual properties while identifying potential patent opportunities and managing Inteplast’s IP portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, with excellent verbal and written skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering: Material Science, Mechanical, or Polymer a plus.
• Engineering studies and research.
• Excellent verbal/written skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential patent or trademark opportunities.
• Manage and maintain Inteplast's IP portfolio.
• Advise on IP issues.
