Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking a Research & Development Associate to support fermentation and microbiology research in a laboratory environment in Bainbridge, GA. The role includes bench-scale fermentation experiments, media preparation, culture handling, and accurate data recording.

You will operate lab equipment including bioreactors, collect samples, perform routine testing, and document results to support product development and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience and strong documentation skills.
