Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, catalog, and curate large microscopy image datasets stored on servers and external drives.
• Classify images by year, subject, study, and experimental parameters for traceability.
• Maintain structured data organization systems to support manuscript preparation.
• Assist in organizing image series representing years of work for a scientific narrative.
• Enter, manage, and maintain research data in electronic databases.
• Apply basic data processing to improve data accessibility and workflow.
• Support faculty and staff in preparing datasets for analysis, visualization, and publication.
• Assist Study Coordinators with study-related tasks and coordinate with Principal Investigators on progress.
• Organize study-related equipment and supplies, including data storage devices and image transfer materials.
• Assist in regulatory document preparation and IRB submissions; support pre-study activities.
• Organize study documentation and assist with scheduling visits and reminders.
• Prepare data for analysis and manuscript development; ensure accurate data entry from records.
