Job summary

Genevausa seeks a Data Analyst to support clinical data management across multi-site studies. You will extract, clean, and analyze data using Python, MATLAB, R, and SQL, and help ensure data quality and SOP documentation. Collaboration with investigators and cross-functional teams is essential to advance research aims.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in data analysis, programming, and clear communication to prepare reports and contribute to manuscripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with clinical data management and data quality control.
• Experience with Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize, detail-oriented, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and perform matrix analysis using R, SQL, and/or Python.
• Prepare analysis plans and write detailed specifications for analysis files, consistency checks, tables and figures in conjunction with the on-site supervisor.
• Complete statistical analysis of independent data groups using appropriate scientific methods.
• Provide input on analysis plans and design for the analyses of multiple complex data sets from diverse scientific areas.
• Collaborate and assist the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigators and research team in the performance the research study.
• Contribute to the drafting and submitting of abstracts, manuscripts and reports for dissemination.
• Interpret analyses and write statistical sections of study reports and for scientific manuscripts.
• Prepare progress reports on research as required.
• Analyze and write-up data.
• Present complex information effectively to a range of audiences.
• Provide data management assistance.
• Provide project close-out support.
• Maintain and update files of all applicable regulatory documentation for IACUC or IRB (including protocols, approvals, amendments, modifications, etc.) as well as any communications with the sponsor or any other Federal or regulatory office (including prior approvals, change in scope, etc.)
