Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Data Analyst to assist with clinical data management for a multi-site program. You will support data extraction, cleaning, and statistical analysis across biomarker discovery and wearable sensors, ensuring data quality and real-time reporting to investigators.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and strong Python/MATLAB coding skills, plus excellent communication. This is a full-time on-site role in support of military health research.

Qualifications

• Prepare animal and human use protocols.
• Grant proposal submissions support.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of military systems preferred.
• Expertise in writing and executing code in Python and/or MATLAB.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and perform matrix analyses using R, SQL, and/or Python.
• Prepare analysis plans and write specifications for analysis files and tables.
• Conduct statistical analyses of independent data groups using appropriate methods.
• Contribute to analyses of multiple complex data sets across scientific areas.
• Collaborate with investigators and research team on study performance.
• Draft abstracts, manuscripts, and reports for dissemination.
• Interpret analyses and write statistical sections for reports and manuscripts.
• Maintain regulatory documentation (IACUC/IRB) and sponsor communications.
