Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze clinical, financial, and administrative data and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports. You will synthesize results and support research study protocols across the enterprise.

You will develop performance metrics, benchmark data, and data delivery guidelines while collaborating with scientists and program managers to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Experience with data mining and extraction.
• Strong ability to summarize data and present insights.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with SQL and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, and administrative data to create reports and dashboards.
• Develops performance measurement processes, including KPI development and documentation.
• Performs data mining and extraction from multiple sources.
• Delivers data to support research study protocols and feasibility queries.
• Maintains data delivery guidelines and supports data warehouse strategy.
