Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations supporting TEAM UP Center studies in pediatric primary care. You will coordinate recruitment, administer staff surveys, and plan ethnographic site visits across partner practices, liaising with the IRB and sites to keep studies on track.

The role requires independent coordination across multiple sites, with attention to protocol compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in research coordination, human subjects research, or program evaluation.
• Master's degree in public health or related field preferred, with IRB submissions multi-site experience.
• CITI human subjects research certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and partner-site activities to track study milestones and coordination logs.
• Plan and coordinate ethnographic site visits across multiple pediatrics practices.
• Administer staff surveys, monitor response rates, and ensure completion.
• Prepare and maintain IRB protocols, amendments, and renewals, including consent docs.
• Support development of REL Plans, evaluation frameworks, and briefing materials for leadership and partners.
• Attend team meetings, record and distribute minutes as needed.
• Perform data collection instrument QC and ensure reproducibility.
• Document data preparation, cleaning, and analytic procedures.
