Job summary

Boston Medical Center seeks a Research Coordinator to support the TEAM UP Center’s studies on integrated behavioral health in pediatric primary care. You will coordinate recruitment, administer staff surveys, plan ethnographic site visits, and liaise with IRB and partner practices to keep activities on track.

The role requires collaboration with the Deputy Director, strong organizational skills, and adherence to HIPAA and human subjects regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of experience in research coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating IRB submissions and multi-site research preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site staff and partner site activities for research studies.
• Plan and schedule site visits for ethnographic and qualitative studies across multiple practices.
• Administer staff surveys and track response rates to ensure completion.
• Assist with IRB protocols, amendments, and renewals, including consent documents.
• Support development of REL plans and evaluation materials for leadership and partners.
• Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.
• Perform data quality checks on instruments and dashboards.
• Document data preparation and analysis steps for reproducibility.
