The role focuses on virtual and telephone-based participant surveys, data collection and entry, and stringent QC of research data. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, ensuring protocol adherence, data validation, and generating QC reports while collaborating with study staff and data

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data volumes accurately.
• Proactive problem solving and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar, and spelling.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual meeting software (MS Teams and Google Meet).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual patient interviews using V-MOAT for PROMETHEUS study.
• Support baseline and follow-up data collection per study protocols and data quality standards.
• Review and validate data in study databases for accuracy and integrity.
• Reconcile data across systems and document corrections and actions.
• Generate and maintain QC reports and discrepancy logs to monitor data quality trends.
