The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Research Coordinator II for the PROMETHEUS project to support MCCRP in Bethesda, MD.

This role focuses on virtual/telephone-based participant surveys, data collection, and QC of research data at the MCCRP Rockledge office. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, ensuring protocol adherence, and generating QC reports while collaborating with investigators and data management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience required.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a T3/Secret clearance.
• Strong data management and QC experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual facilitated patient interviews for PROMETHEUS study.
• Support baseline and follow-up data collection with strict adherence to study protocols.
• Review, validate, and reconcile data across study databases and systems.
• Generate QC reports and discrepancy logs; communicate corrections to staff.
• Identify recurring data quality issues and propose procedural improvements.
• Maintain accurate research records and coordination with CC review.
