Job summary

NYU Langone Health's NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Research Coordinator to support the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) Team. You will coordinate research studies, assist with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, data collection, and trial coordination in a busy clinical environment.

You will liaise with IRB offices, sponsors, and study personnel, ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices and HIPAA, and contribute to data quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools.
• Experience in coordinating research projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research studies in HCM team; support recruitment and enrollment.
• Assist with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Collect, audit, and manage study data and reports.
• Prepare grant applications and track budgets.
• Monitor patient safety and ensure protocol compliance.
