• Excellent judgment, initiative, and attention to detail; manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Aufgaben

• Develop study protocols and protocol amendments for the IRB as needed, including new measures.
• Manage data collection, analysis and cleaning, with routine audits.
• Develop progress reports for the PI, funders and the IRB.
• Assist PI with grant proposals; gather documents and data for applications.
• Arrange meetings of study partners and develop agendas.
• Prepare conference abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts.
• Collaborate with IT to develop databases; train staff to enter data.
• Ensure adverse events and protocol deviations are reported to the IRB.
• Represent the study at internal and external meetings; liaise with partners.
• Determine staffing needs and supervise staff performance.
• Recruit and supervise student research interns.
• Develop and monitor project budgets with Departmental Administrator.
