Job summary
Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School's Family Medicine & Community Health, seeks a Research Coordinator to coordinate NIH-funded studies, manage data systems, and support protocol development and IRB activities. The role includes participant coordination, data management, and collaboration with the PI and staff in a hybrid work setting.
Required: a Bachelor's plus 3 years health research or a Master's plus 2 years, experience with RedCap/Qualtrics, qualitative analysis tools,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with health research experience as specified.
- Experience building data management systems with RedCap and Qualtrics.
- Experience with qualitative analysis using NVivo or Dedoose.
- Experience drafting study SOPs and regulatory protocols (IRB, trials.gov).
- Experience with regulatory reporting and organizing research events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate initiation of study protocols and establish operating procedures.
- Ensure eligibility and scheduling for older adults in studies.
- Conduct in-person and virtual study visits per protocol.
- Develop and manage data systems to track study data.
- Support PI with study operations and documentation.
