Job summary

Rutgers University School of Public Health in Newark seeks a Program Coordinator to support NIH-funded health research projects focused on sexual and gender minorities and communities of color. You will coordinate daily and annual survey activities with community organizations and ensure accurate data collection and policy coding.

The role requires 3 years of related work or a master's with one year, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field.
• Three years of relevant work experience, OR a Master's degree with one year of relevant work experience.
• Equivalent experience/education may substitute for degree requirement.
• Experience with basic MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily survey study implementation and track daily responses with staff at community-based organizations.
• Oversee annual survey implementation among Black youth communities.
• Coordinate with staff at CBOs to meet recruitment and data collection goals.
• Coordinate state policy coding.
