Job summary

Centurion Selection in Houston, TX, seeks a Research (180) Consultant to join the Houston team in an office-based role. The position offers progression into management and a clear path to lead a team, with opportunities to train and motivate others while supporting the Vice President on recruitment assignments.

Responsibilities include researching companies and candidates, approaching candidates by phone, and managing progress through the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a researcher or sourcer
• Strong research skills with the ability to map markets and identify talent
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging candidates over the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct specific headhunting projects to source high-quality candidates for live vacancies
• Carry out market research and mapping to identify key companies, talent pools, and market trends within the construction & property space
• Screen CVs and source new candidates via headhunting, our internal database, networking, advertising and social media sourcing
• Build strong relationships and good rapport with candidates
• Develop a pipeline of relevant and high-quality candidates
• Proactively support team members to ensure we are attracting suitable candidates for live vacancies
