Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) training program and maintain the Research Compliance training portfolio. The role will monitor local, state, and federal regulatory changes and translate them into updated policies and training materials.

You will oversee web page updates, serve as project manager for training and policy initiatives, and partner with institutional stakeholders to ensure timely renewals and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or regulatory environment with demonstrated effectiveness in coordinating a detailed portfolio of activities
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, working with a broad population
• Work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team
• Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them
• High level of service delivery
• Demonstrate initiative with an ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training dates, registration, and speaker assignment for RCR training.
• Track compliance with training requirements and issue certificates of completion.
• Provide reports to the Chief Research Compliance Officer and leadership as requested.
• Maintain compliance information on the web page.
• Organize and oversee updates to training decks with content authority.
• Review regulatory and organizational websites for changes to local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Review policy, training, and Research Compliance web page when regulatory changes occur for compliance with new requirements.
• Review and track research policies for renewal periods; work with stakeholders for revisions and submit to Chief Research Compliance Officer for approval.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Job Summary

Oversees Research Compliance policies to ensure they are reviewed, approved, and posted with the designated approval period. Monitors and updates the Research Compliance web page as new information becomes available. Serves as project manager for training, education, and policy initiatives.

Essential Functions
