Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Research Compliance Analyst II to oversee human subject protections and research administration. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, ensure regulatory due diligence, and provide education and consultation to research teams and IRBs.

You will liaise between investigators, IRBs, and institutional offices, handling protocol development, data handling, and compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and OHRP frameworks, fostering integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in research regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong data management skills.
• Experience with IRB processes and human subject protections.

Responsibilities
