Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize laboratory surfactant technologies from lab to scale.
• Support world-scale manufacturing through process troubleshooting and technology transfer.
• Lead commercialization by translating chemistry into commercially successful products.
• Manage cross-functional projects across manufacturing, marketing, sales, regulatory, product stewardship and supply chain.
• Drive innovation and future technology development in surfactant chemistry.
