Responsibilities

• Support world-scale manufacturing through process troubleshooting and technology transfer.

• Manage cross-functional projects across manufacturing, marketing, sales, regulatory, product stewardship and supply chain.
• Drive innovation and future technology development in surfactant chemistry.

Purpose of Job

Develop and commercialize innovative surfactant technologies by combining laboratory research, manufacturing support, and cross-functional leadership to deliver new products, solve complex technical challenges, drive business growth and build future technical and organizational leadership capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute laboratory research to create, optimize, and scale specialty surfactant technologies.
• Support world-scale manufacturing operations through process troubleshooting, technical expertise, and implementation of new products.
• Lead commercialization activities by translating innovative chemistry into commercially successful products and growth opportunities.
• Manage cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, marketing, sales, regulatory, product stewardship, and supply chain teams.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and future technology development while building expertise in surfactant and derivatization chemistry.

Formal Education

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry (preferred) or other physical science.

Working Experience

• Ph.D. plus 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred
