UMass Boston is seeking a Research Cash Specialist to support daily cash operations across sponsored programs, internal awards, gifts, and other research-related revenue. You will process deposits, wire transfers, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and timely issue resolution within the ORSP post-award team.

In collaboration with Financial Research Administrators and the Campus Banking Office, you will monitor cash activity, maintain controls, and help drive process improvements

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Advanced familiarity with accounting principles and cash management.

Responsabilidades

• Process, track, and reconcile incoming payments, deposits, and wire transfers across sponsored programs and other research-related revenue.
• Collaborate with FRAs and Campus Banking Office to ensure accurate revenue recording.
• Maintain cash deposits and wire processing, and ensure proper account coding.
• Assist with year-end closeout and audit preparation as directed.
