The Business Manager supports the research mission of the Department of Surgery by managing financial, administrative, and operational activities. This role ensures effective coordination of research grants, budgets, and personnel to advance research objectives. It includes supervisory responsibilities and management of various projects related to business operations, academic, or student services.
Responsibilities include day-to-day administration of a business office, reporting to management, providing process-related recommendations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A hybrid remote work option is available for OH/IN/KY residents after training, per university policies.
